Bremerton Renaissance Getting Attention

MONEY magazine calls it “one of the top 5 up and coming ‘hot’ cities in the country. Farmers Insurance ranks it among the top 25 most secure cities. And a worldwide relocation agency rates it 3rd best place to relocate among mid-size cities. Property values have risen over 20% in just two years.

Bremerton is in the midst of an over $500 million revitalization, and it shows. There are construction crews everywhere you look, building or renovating buildings throughout downtown. Anthony’s Homeport opened in April next door to Harborside Condominiums. Just a few bocks away, the Maritime Park and Naval Museum are being developed, and the Harborside Conference Center and Hampton Inn are fully booked.
